Membership
Every climber starts as a visitor.
There's nothing to apply for through this website: visit a meeting, see if the club is yours, then join in person.
The climb, step by step
- Visit. Come as a guest as many times as you like (see meetings).
- Decide and tell us. Tell any officer at a meeting, or message the club on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Fill in the (short) paperwork. Your name goes on the club roster and into Toastmasters International's system; dues are paid then, pro-rated to the current membership term — the officers share the current figure when you ask.
- Get a mentor and book your first speech. Your Ice Breaker — the first — is short, and the room is on your side by design.
What it costs
The dues: pro-rated to the current membership term — the exact amount depends on when in the term you join. Ask at the meeting; the officers share the figure then.
What they cover: the club's own costs, and the Toastmasters International membership, whose dues stay current on TI's own membership page.
Visiting costs nothing — as many times as you like. Most members decided after three visits.
The flight plan exists.

What you'll actually do
Toastmasters International's education program, Pathways, works like a flight curriculum: you pick a path (public speaking, leadership, or a mix), and it lines up your projects — speeches of growing ambition, meeting roles, and leadership assignments. You fly at your own pace; the club keeps you company.
Adventurers' own habits: members self-select their meeting roles and sign up to speak when they're ready — nobody is marched to the microphone. Meetings average about a dozen people, so speech nights come often, and the room keeps its long reputation for being friendly, welcoming and supportive.
